Our flatbreads are made fresh daily using only the finest Organic whole wheat flour, rolled in Organic Ancient grains like Spelt and Kamut, filtered mountain water, sea salt and yeast.

These wraps are heated while you watch and direct us as to how you wish the wrap to be filled.

First with a grain or maybe two, then Kofta balls, Pakora, or Barra, then both vegetable preparations if you wish, followed by the raw foods, custom made dressings, nutritious seeds, and exotic chutney.

These can be wrapped to 'take-out' or enjoyed on a plate while relaxing here.

From the time you place your order until the time you take your first bite is usually between 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the time of day.
